Notes on Application

• All sponsorship applications are accepted through online registration.
• Once registered, applications cannot be cancelled except in cases of force majeure.
• Applicants may not transfer, lend, or exchange all or part of their seminar slots, exhibition booths, or advertising space to or with third parties or other applicants without the permission of the meeting secretariat.
• Applications may close before the deadline once the planned number is reached, so please apply early.
